- 1-2 sdm shoyu (kecap jepang).
- 100 ml air matang (boleh air kaldu).
- 1 batang daun bawang.
- Sejumput garam.
Langkah Memasak Chawanmushi original
- Campur dalam mangkuk, telur,shoyu,air,garam, aduk2 perlahan menggunakan garpu.lebih baik pakai sumpit.aduk pelan aja ya jangan sampai berbusa.
- Kemudian saring kedalam mangkuk yg lain, bertujuan agar hasilnya lembut..
- Potong2 daun bawang kemudian taburkan diatas telur.
- Tutup mangkuk dengan aluminum foil..
- Kukus 15-20 menit dengan api kecil.. tidak pake aluminum foil juga tidak apa2 tapi ingat harus di kukus dengan api yg kecil dan tutup panci sedikit terbuka (di ganjal aja).
