  1. Campur dalam mangkuk, telur,shoyu,air,garam, aduk2 perlahan menggunakan garpu.lebih baik pakai sumpit.aduk pelan aja ya jangan sampai berbusa.
  2. Kemudian saring kedalam mangkuk yg lain, bertujuan agar hasilnya lembut..
  3. Potong2 daun bawang kemudian taburkan diatas telur.
  4. Tutup mangkuk dengan aluminum foil..
  5. Kukus 15-20 menit dengan api kecil.. tidak pake aluminum foil juga tidak apa2 tapi ingat harus di kukus dengan api yg kecil dan tutup panci sedikit terbuka (di ganjal aja).
  6. Tekstur nya lembuuutt banget nyaman di perut.
