- 2 butir telur ayam.
- 300 ml air kaldu ayam (me kaldu udang).
- 1 sdt kecap asin.
- secukupnya Garam (me kaldu jamur), gula dan lada.
Langkah Memasak Chawan Mushi 🍵
- Campur air kaldu dengan kecap asin, aduk rata.
- Kocok lepas telur dengan menggunakan sumpit. Kocok perlahan saja, tak perlu sampai berbusa atau bergelembung..
- Campur air kaldu ke kocokan telur. Aduk rata, lalu saring...
- Tuang ke chawanmushi bowl atau mangkuk tahan panas..
- Kukus dgn api sedang selama kurang lebih 15 mnt.
- Hias dgn daun seledri, atau bisa ditambahkan topping suka suka.
