I put in the best of ingredients - fresh prawns, shimeiji mushrooms and dried scallops. Boy, you could taste the chawan mushi oozing with sweetness. This is a special post to my readers who have requested for a chawanmushi recipe.
Bahan Membuat Chawan mushi spesial
- 1 butir telur (60gr).
- 180 ml air.
- 1/2 sdt masako.
- 1/2 sdt kaldu jamur.
- Isian.
- 10 gr ayam.
- 10 gr jamur.
- Kacang ginkgo.
- Kamaboko.
- Daun mitsuba/seledri.
- (Isian bisa diganti dgn apa saja).
Langkah Memasak Chawan mushi spesial
- Kocok telur sampai tercampur kuning dan putihnya tapi jgn sampai berbusa.
- Tambahkan air,masako dan kaldu jamur.
- Lalu saring dgn saringan halus, lakukan 2 kali penyaringan supaya lembut.
- Masukan isian kedalam mangkuk dan tuangkan telur, tutup menggunakan tutup mangkuk atau aluminium foil.
- Panaskan air, lalu masukan chawan mushi dan masak selama 7 menit api sedang.
- Setelah 7 menit, matikan api, diamkan dgn panci tertutup selama 10 menit.
- Chawan mushi siap di sajikan😉.
