Bahan Membuat Bolu Greentea Keto
- 4 butir telur.
- 4 sdm munjung erythritol.
- 3 sachet thermolyte sugar.
- 1 sdt SP.
- 1/2 sdt BPDA.
- 2 bungkus agar-agar plain.
- 1 sdm pasta greentea tofieco.
- 20 g salted butter anchor.
- 10 g unsalted butter anchor.
- (buttternya ditaroh magic com sebentar biar leleh).
Langkah Memasak Bolu Greentea Keto
- Mixer telur, erythritol, thermolyte, dan SP hingga pucat mengembang.
- Masukkan tepung agar-agar, bpda, aduk rata.
- Masukkan pasta greentea, aduk rata.
- Masukkan butter cair, aduk rata.
- Tuang di loyang tulban yang sudah dialasi kertas roti dan dioles margarin, beri taburan(saya kenari cincang).
- Oven dengan api sedang di oven yang sudah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu(saya pakai milux, api agak kecil) hingga matang. Setelah matang saya biarkan dulu di dalam milux.
