Bahan Membuat Bolu pesimis (rice cooker)
- 250 gr tepung terigu.
- 200 gr gula pasir.
- 2 butir telur.
- 2 bks vanili bubuk.
- 1 sachet SKM.
- 1 sdm TBM.
- 1 sdm baking powder.
- secukupnya minyak sayur.
Langkah Memasak Bolu pesimis (rice cooker)
- Campur bahan (tepung terigu, baking soda, vanili bubuk).
- Seduh SKM dlm 1 gelas belimbing (uk 200cc).
- Mixer kecepatan tinggi, telur, gula pasir dan TBM selama 10 menit.
- Masukan susu cair ke dalam adonan aduk perlahan,kemudian masukan tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit sampai tercampur rata.
- Setelah adonan jadi, masukan ke pan magic com yg sudah di olesi minyak sayur terlebih dahulu.
- Masukan ke magic com dan tekan tombol ke cook, jika tombol ke posisi warm maka atur kembali ke posisi cook kalo saya lakukan terus menerus selama 1 jam atau +/- 5 kali tekan ke tombol cook.
- Setelah 1 jam cek kematangan pake garpu, tadaaaaaaaa hasilnya sangat empuk dan wangi seperti di masak di oven, walau awalnya kurang yakin berhasil tapi ternyata berhasil😂.
