  1. 250 gr daging sapi short plate, iris tipis.
  2. 1 bawang bombay ukuran kecil, iris.
  3. 1 daun bawang, iris.
  4. 120 ml air.
  5. 1 sdm dashi bubuk.
  6. 1 sdm sake (saya skip).
  7. 1 sdm gula.
  8. 2 sdm mirin.
  9. 2 sdm shoyu.

Langkah Memasak Gyudon ala Yoshinoya

  1. Panaskan air, dashi, gula, mirin, shoyu, dan sake di wajan..
  2. Kalau sudah mendidih, masukkan bawang, tutup. Kalo ga ditutup nanti sausnya susut, jadi harus ditutup ya..
  3. Kalau bawang sudah lunak, masukkan daging. Aduk hingga berubah warna. Buang buih-buihnya..
  4. Sajikan di atas nasi putih dengan taburan daun bawang..
