- Panaskan air, dashi, gula, mirin, shoyu, dan sake di wajan..
- Kalau sudah mendidih, masukkan bawang, tutup. Kalo ga ditutup nanti sausnya susut, jadi harus ditutup ya..
- Kalau bawang sudah lunak, masukkan daging. Aduk hingga berubah warna. Buang buih-buihnya..
- Sajikan di atas nasi putih dengan taburan daun bawang..
