Bahan Membuat Nasi Briyani / Biryani

  1. Bahan 1 :.
  2. 1 kg Daging bertulang (sy pakai Iga Sapi).
  3. 3 sdm minyak goreng.
  4. 4 sdm minyak samin.
  5. 5 cm kayu manis.
  6. 2 batang serai.
  7. 1/2 butir pala.
  8. 2 sdm bumbu kari bubuk.
  9. 2 butir cengkih.
  10. 1/2 sdt merica bubuk.
  11. 4 sdt garam.
  12. 1,5 liter air.
  13. Bahan 2 :.
  14. 1 liter beras basmati (bisa beras biasa air disesuaikan).
  15. 400 ml susu cair (sy pakai UHT).
  16. 2 sdm air kunyit.
  17. 3 butir kapulaga.
  18. 50 gr kismis.
  19. 1 sdm perasan jeruk nipis.
  20. Bahan Bumbu.
  21. 3 cm kunyit.
  22. 2 cm jahe.
  23. 4 siung bawang putih.
  24. 12 siung bawang merah.
  25. Minyak goreng secukupny.

Langkah Memasak Nasi Briyani / Biryani

  1. Langkah pertama : Haluskan semua Bahan Bumbu (diblender).
  2. Langkah kedua : Tumis Bahan Bumbu dengan minyak goreng dan minyak samin.
  3. Masukan kayu manis, serai, pala, bumbu kari bubuk, dan cengkih.. aduk rata.
  4. Masukan Daging.. aduk rata.
  5. Masukan merica bubuk, garam dan air.. lalu presto hingga daging empuk,jika sudah empuk sisihkan daging air rebusan di presto tadi.
  6. Langkah ketiga : Masak Beras dengan air rebusan daging dipresto tadi,tambahkan susu cair,air kunyit, kapulaga, garam dan kismis.. masak dengan cara di aron lalu dikukus hingga matang.
  7. Masukan air perasan jeruk nipis dan Daging yg tadi disisihkan.
  8. Sajikan.
