Bahan Membuat Nasi Briyani / Biryani
- Bahan 1 :.
- 1 kg Daging bertulang (sy pakai Iga Sapi).
- 3 sdm minyak goreng.
- 4 sdm minyak samin.
- 5 cm kayu manis.
- 2 batang serai.
- 1/2 butir pala.
- 2 sdm bumbu kari bubuk.
- 2 butir cengkih.
- 1/2 sdt merica bubuk.
- 4 sdt garam.
- 1,5 liter air.
- Bahan 2 :.
- 1 liter beras basmati (bisa beras biasa air disesuaikan).
- 400 ml susu cair (sy pakai UHT).
- 2 sdm air kunyit.
- 3 butir kapulaga.
- 50 gr kismis.
- 1 sdm perasan jeruk nipis.
- Bahan Bumbu.
- 3 cm kunyit.
- 2 cm jahe.
- 4 siung bawang putih.
- 12 siung bawang merah.
- Minyak goreng secukupny.
Langkah Memasak Nasi Briyani / Biryani
- Langkah pertama : Haluskan semua Bahan Bumbu (diblender).
- Langkah kedua : Tumis Bahan Bumbu dengan minyak goreng dan minyak samin.
- Masukan kayu manis, serai, pala, bumbu kari bubuk, dan cengkih.. aduk rata.
- Masukan Daging.. aduk rata.
- Masukan merica bubuk, garam dan air.. lalu presto hingga daging empuk,jika sudah empuk sisihkan daging air rebusan di presto tadi.
- Langkah ketiga : Masak Beras dengan air rebusan daging dipresto tadi,tambahkan susu cair,air kunyit, kapulaga, garam dan kismis.. masak dengan cara di aron lalu dikukus hingga matang.
- Masukan air perasan jeruk nipis dan Daging yg tadi disisihkan.
- Sajikan.
