Bahan Membuat Nasi briyani rice cooker

  1. 5 cup beras.
  2. 500 gram daging sapi(iris tipis).
  3. 5 sdm Meat Curry Powder@demaderaas.id.
  4. Secukupnya Air (untuk masak nasi).
  5. Bumbu iris:.
  6. 1/2 bagian Bawang Bombay.
  7. 5 siung Bawang merah.
  8. 4 siung Bawang Putih.
  9. Bumbu utuh :.
  10. 3 buah Serai (Geprak).
  11. 4 lmbr Daun Salam (sya skip Krn stok habis).
  12. 3 buah bunga Lawang (wajib ada).
  13. 4 butir biji Kapulaga(wajib ada).
  14. 5 butir Cengkeh (wajib ada).
  15. 3 batang Kayu manis (wajib ada).
  16. Secukupnya Gula, Garam, kaldu bubuk.
  17. 3 sdm Mentega/minyak (u/menumis).

Langkah Memasak Nasi briyani rice cooker

  1. Cuci bersih Beras smpai air nya jernih, sisihkan 🍖Marinasi daging dgn 3 sdm bumbu Meat Curry Powder dari @demaderaas.id, diamkan 1 jam, sisihkan.
  2. Panaskan rice cooker, lalu tumis Bawang Bombay, bawang merah dan bawang putih, serai,daun salam dan aneka bumbu utuh lainnya smpai layu dan harum.
  3. Lalu masukan Daging yg sudah dimarinasi tadi, tumis smpai daging berubah warna, beri sedikit air biarkan mendidih dan daging empuk.
  4. Lalu tambahkan Bubuk Meat Curry Powder dari @demaderaas.id 2 sdm, jangan lupa beri juga Gula, garam dan kaldu bubuk..
  5. Lalu masukan Beras yg sudah dicuci bersih, aduk rata beras dgn bumbu smpai tercampur rata. Lalu beri air secukupnya seperti memasak nasi pada umumnya, (gunakan takaran setengah jari kelingking).
  6. Lalu tekan COOK pada Rice cooker, masak smpai nasi matang kurleb 35 menit.
  7. Setelah 35 menit nasi sudah matang angkat dan sajikan Nasi Briyani dgn acar nanas..
