Singapore Nasi Briyani or Malaysian Nasi Briyani is quite different from traditional and varied traditional Indian varieties, as is the spelling! Bahan Membuat Nasi briyani
- 1 kg iga sapi.
- 4 cup beras basmati.
- 1 bawang bombay.
- 5 bawang putih.
- 1 bumbu halus.
- 1 bumbu kering kasar.
- 3 sdm saos tomat.
- 3 sdm saos tiram.
- 3 sdm kecap manis.
- pelengkap.
- cabe hijau.
- bawang goreng bombay.
- timun.
Langkah Memasak Nasi briyani
- Rebus iga sapi dengan 1 lt air sampai setengah empuk. kurang lebih 15 menit..
- Tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih sampai layu. masukan bumbu halus dan bumbu kasar. beri sedikit air tumis sampai harum..
- Masukan ke panci rebusan iga. masak kembali pakai api kecil kurang lebih 30 menit.
- Cuci bersih beras basmati. rendam selama 30 menit..
- Masukan beras ke panci rice cooker. saring air rebusan iga ukuran air pas setinggi beras. masak di rice cooker sampai mateng. setelah mateng masukan pewarna zapron di tengah nasi dan cabe hijau biarkan sebentar..
- Setelah air rebusan iga diambil masak kembali daging tambahkan saos tomat 3 sdm, saus tiram 3 sdm dan kecap 2 sdm. biarkan sampai kuah menyusut dan kental..
- Sajikan.
