Bahan Membuat Nasi briyani beef
- 2 cup beras basmati.
- 4 slice beef ham.
- 100 ml susu cair.
- Bumbu halus :.
- 6 cabe merah besar.
- 1 sdt merica.
- 1 sdt ketumbar.
- Bumbu oseng:.
- 6 siung bawang merah (cingcang kasar).
- 3 siung bawang putih (cingcang kasar).
- 1/2 buah bawang bombai (cingcang kasar).
- 3 butir kapulaga.
- 1 buah pekak.
- 1 btg kayu manis.
- 2 sdm saos tomat.
- 1 sdm bubuk kari.
- secukupnya Garam, gula, air.
Langkah Memasak Nasi briyani beef
- Cuci beras lalu diamkan selama 5 menit, tiriskan.
- Panaskan wajan tumis bumbu oseng dan bumbu halus hingga harum.
- Masukkan daging ham lalu tumis sebentar saja, tambahkan bubuk kari, susu cair, saus tomat, air, gula dan garam secukupnya hingga dirasa bumbunya sdh pas.
- Angkat daging ham sisihkan, gunakan air tumisan sbg air untuk masak beras basmati. Takaran air seperti biasa memasak nasi lebihkan airnya sedikit saja..
- Panaskan wajan, oseng beef hingga kering lalu sisihkan. Ketika nasi sudah matang siap di hidangkan bersama beef ham..
