Bahan Membuat Bubble Pearl
- 100 gr kanji.
- 1 sdm bubuk coklat.
- 2 sdm gula halus.
- 1 bungkus nutrijell coklat.
- 80 ml air hangat.
- pewarna hitam (ungu-biru-merah tua).
- 2 sdm kanji untuk taburan.
Langkah Memasak Bubble Pearl
- Ayak kanji, nutrijell coklat, coklat bubuk dan gula halus....
- Beri pewarna dan air sedikit demi sedikit sampai adonan bs di pulung.
- Bulat2kan adonan sebesar kelereng/ sesuai selera.. taruh dlm wadah yg sdh ada kanjinya tujuannya biar tdk lengket satu sam lain.
- Setelah semua adonan sdh di pulung dan berbalur kanji.. saring di ayakan biar kanjinya tdk banyak yg nempel.
- Rebus air sampai mendidih... masukkan adonan bubble.. aduk sebentar biar gk lengket di dasar panci.. jika sdh mengapung tandanya matang... saring dan masukkan dlm air matang dingin..
- Bubble pearl siap di olah menjadi minuman lezat.
