Besides making the rice creamier, it also makes it fluffier. As I did not have any in hand, I opted for full fat milk instead. It worked just as well too.
Bahan Membuat Nasi Briyani Rice Cooker
- 1 1/2 ekor ayam cuci dan bersihkan.
- 1 bungkus Bumbu instan nasi briyani.
- 1 kg beras india cuci dan rendam dalam air 30 menit atau lebih.
- 1 pack yoghurt.
- 2 sdm pure tomat.
- Rempah2 (kapulaga,jinten,kayumanis dll).
- 4 lembar Daun salam.
- 2 batang Sereh.
- Garam.
- Lada.
- 2 buah bawang bombay cincang.
- 7 bawang merah iris tipis.
- secukupnya Kismis.
- 3 sdm Margarin.
- 1 bonggol bawang putih cincang.
- secukupnya Saffron bubuk.
- Sedikit Jahe.
- 600 ml Susu UHT putih.
- 1 kaleng Evaporated.
Langkah Memasak Nasi Briyani Rice Cooker
- Marinate ayam dengan bumbu bawang putih,jahe,yoghurt,pure tomat,lada dan garam secukup nya diamkan 15 - 30 menit.
- Panaskan margarin, tumis bawang bombay, bawang putih dan merah hingga layu dan masukkan rempah2.
- Masukkan ayam yg sudah dimarinate serta bumbu briyani aduk rata hingga ayam berubah warna lalu tambahkan susu dan evaporated milk hingga mendidih tambahkan air dan garam jika perlu.
- Masukkan beras ke dalam magic com dan tambahkan air kaldu rebusan ayam berbumbu secukupnya utk memasak, dan ayam kembali dimasak diatas kompor hingga bumbu meresap lalu bakar dengan wajan anti lengket.
- Setelah nasi matang, masukkan kismis dan margarin serta beberapa bubuk saffron aduk acak jangan sampai rata lalu masak kembali diamkan 5-10 menit.
- Nasi briyani siap dihidangkan beserta ayam bakar....
