- 1 sdt garam.

- Acar wortel dan timun.
Langkah Memasak Chicken Biryani
- Cuci bersih ayam, dalam wadah tambahkan yoghurt, garam masala, ketumbar bubuk.
- Tambahkan pula bubuk curry, kunyit bubuk, kembang lawang.
- Tambahkan pula garam, gula palem kemudian aduk rata. Diamkan kurang lebih 1-2 jam.
- Panaskan wajan, beri minyak. Masak ayam yang sudah dimarinasi dan tambahkan air, masak ayam hingga matang.
