Bahan Membuat Cappuccino Chiffon Cake #pr_anekachiffon

  1. 100 gram Tepung Segi3.
  2. 70 ml Susu Full cream.
  3. 60 ml minyak.
  4. 4 buah Kuning Telur.
  5. 1/2 sdt Baking Powder.
  6. 1 sachet Kopi Cappuccino Instant.
  7. 1 sachet Nescafe kopi.
  8. 1 sdt Coklat Bubuk.
  9. Meringue :.
  10. 100 gram Gula pasir.
  11. 4 Buah Putih Telur.
  12. 1/2 sdt Cream if Tartar.

Langkah Memasak Cappuccino Chiffon Cake #pr_anekachiffon

  1. Siapkan Bahan, timbang dengan persis.
  2. Campur susu dan kopi" instant, masukkan telur 1-per-1, wisk hingga rata.
  3. Campur terigu, BP, Choco Powder, masukkan bertahap pd adonan Telur susu; tambahkan minyak, Aduk rata dgn Wisk hingga adonan light.
  4. Meringue. : Kocok Putih telur dgn CoT atau air jeruk lemon, masukkan gula 3x Bertahap, kocok dgn kec tinggi hingga kaku.
  5. Masukkan Meringue 3 tahap, dl adonan telur tepung, masukkan dlm Loyang Chiffon Bongkar pasang (hentakkan bbr kali, biar gelembung udaranya kluar) - oven disuhu 160 dercel.
  6. Setelah 35-40 menit (oh iya, ini hnya pakai api bawah, sy juga baru kali ini pakai oven Otang yg juga Baru dibeli smaa adik sy (krn buat terima pesanan, agak rumit kalau pakai oven stove RT) - langsung balikka. Hingga dingin - sy 45 menit, ini foto dr bawah dan dr atas (turun 2 cm dr setelah kluar oven).
