Bahan Membuat Cream Soup
- 1 buah wortel.
- 1 buah daun bawang (iris jangan terlalu tipis).
- 1/2 buah jagung manis.

- secukupnya daun seledri (daun seledri di iris tipis-tipis).

- 250 ml susu full cream.
- 2 buah sosis (iris jangan terlalu tipis).
- 100 gram daging ayam (potong dadu).
- 2 sdm mentega.
- 1 1/2 sdm tepung maizena (yg sudah dilarutkan dgn air).
- 2 cangkir air.
Langkah Memasak Cream Soup
- Lelehkan mentega dlm panci, lalu tumis bawang putih, bawang bombay dan daun bawang hingga harum..
- Lalu masukkan daging ayam, masak hingga setengah matang. Kemudian masukkan sosis, tunggu sebentar lalu tuangkan air..
- Bumbui dengan garam, gula dan merica. Aduk hingga rata lalu tunggu sampai mendidih..
- Setelah mendidih, masukkan wortel, jagung manis dan seledri.Aduk dan tunggu hingga matang..
- Kemudian tuangkan tepung maizena yg sudah dilarutkan dgn air tadi. Aduk hingga rata, kemudian masukkan susu. Aduk lagi hingga rata..
- Matikan api, tuang kedalam bowl dan sajikan bersama roti selagi hangat..
