Bahan Membuat Garlic fried rice with fish fillet
- 2.5 cangkir nasi.
- 7 siung bawang putih.
- 1 sdm kecap asin.
- 1 sdt Garam.
- 1/2 sdt Kaldu jamur.
- 6 potong Ikan fillet goreng sisa.
- 2 butir Telur.
- 2.5 sdm Mentega.
- 1/2 sdt Merica.
Langkah Memasak Garlic fried rice with fish fillet
- Siapkan nasi putih untk 5 orang (sy masak di rice cooker dgn takaran 2.5 cangkir).
- Geprek bawang putih dan cincang halus.
- Siapkan wajan, panaskan dgn api sedang selama 10 detik dan masukan mentega dan bawang putih. Tumis hingga harum dan sedikit berubah warna agak coklat. Aduk dgn mencampurkan mentega yg cair dgn bawang agar tdk gosong.
- Masukan nasi, aduk selama 2 menit. Ceplok telur langsung di nasi lalu aduk. Tambahkan kecap asin, merica, kaldu jamur. Aduk lagi..
- Terakhir tambahkan potongan ikan fillet yg sudah dipotong kecil memanjang. Aduk selama 2.5 menit. Cicipi dan sajikan.
