Bahan Membuat Tekwan
- 1/4 terigu.
- 1/4 aci.
- Ikan tenggiri kalau ada saya pakai ikan tri.
- Bumbu halus.
- 3 siung bawang putih.
- 2 siung bawang merah.
- 1 sdm lada ku.
- Bahan pelengkap :.
- Bawang goreng.
- Sledri.
- Daun bawang.
- Timun iris kecil2.
Langkah Memasak Tekwan
- Ulenin terigu dngn air panas dengn di campur tri yg sudah di tumbuk halus,agak mnjdi bubur ya biar kalau mmbri aci ny seimbang,diam kan smpai hangat,kemudian tambh kan dkit demi sdikit aci(sagu)ulenin sampai trcampur rata,bntuk2 sesuai selera..
- Rebus sampai mngambang ke atas brti sudah mtang,.
- Rebus air,dan goreng bumbu halus kmudian msukan ke dlm air rebusan,stelah mndidih campurkan tekwan yg td sdh di rebus.. Tmbah kan bawang goreng,daun bawang,daun sledri,jgn lupa di bri masako.saji kan ktika msih hangat...
