- secukupnya butter (dicairkan).

- 150 ml air dingin.
- Secukupnya coklat bubuk/oreo bubuk untuk topping.
Langkah Memasak Banoffee Pie
- Cara membuat milk jam ada di postingan saya sebelumnya.
- Hancurkan biskuit marie kemudian tambahkan butter yang telah dicairkan, aduk-aduk kemudian tata di loyang dengan cara ditekan-tekan.
- Tuang milk jam di atas biskuit yang sudah tertata kemudian masukkan ke dalam kulkas selama 2 jam.
- Potong-potong pisang taruh di atas milk jam.
- Kocok whipping cream bubuk + air dingin dengan menggunakan mixer. Kemudian tata di atas pisang..
- Taburkan coklat bubuk/oreo bubuk di atasnya.
- Sebelum dihidangkan akan lebih enak lagi jika disimpan di kulkas terlebih dahulu.
