Langkah Memasak Pie brownise
- Kulit: campur semua bahan aduk2-dgn garpu smp berbutir lalu bulatkan adonan cetak ke dalam cetakan pie.tusuk2 dgn garpu,sisihkan..
- Brownise chewy: lelehkan coklat minyak sayur dan mentega hingga coklat mencair.
- Kocok telur dan halus menggunakan whisk hingga gula larut.
- Masukkan tepung terigu dan coklat bubuk yg sdh di ayak,aduk2 hingga adonan mengental dan berat..
- Masukkan adonan brownise kedalam kulit pie,beri topping..
- Panggang ke dalam oven sekitar 45menit(saya menggunakan oven kompor)oven hingga matang sempurna..
